I saw this weight loss ad online. "Not for those that only want to lose a FEW pounds! User beware! This stuff WORKS!"

Being about 30 pounds overweight (that almost 50 midsection spare tire, you know?), I decided to give this a try. The ad said "Try it for ONLY $9.99!" You figure what is 10 bucks, right?

This is one of those "get out your magnifying glass and read the fine print" kind of scams. By the time you realize that you have been had, they access the debit or credit card # that you gave them, and they take $59.99 out of your bank acccount.

You see that you have been had, but it is too late, because you have already signed and agreed to this. So, now you are out $60.00. So you call and stop the madness, before another month passes, and they do it again.

You figure that you learned a lesson, and it cost you 60 bucks. Oh, and the stuff does not work. It is all BS. Another note, even more important: You Can Buy This Same Stuff at Wal-Mart For About 10 Bucks!!

So, lesson over, right? NO! Not at all! You ALSO signed an agreement (unknowingly) that gives them the right to charge you $10.99 a month for membership dues, and also $5.99 a month for Web Access! They got me for these charges for about 4 months, before I saw them, and got curious.

I had my bank contact them, and told them that I wanted out of it all completely, and that they were NOT to charge my account again. They stopped charging me a Membership Fee, but continued taking $3.99 a month for Web Access for an additional 2 months.

I finally filed a fraud complaint against them with my bank's Fraud Dept., and had my debit card changed. So, you all BEWARE who you give your card number to!
