I ordered a skinfold caliper ($360) via Anatomysource.com (Ryan Kaub). My product never arrived. The company is doing fraud online. They give you service via email, but once they have your Credit Card, no contact anymore.

I compaint to the Better Business Bureau and the company is known for "complaints".

Legal actions are now taken, watch out for this scam bags online!

A Misunderstanding and a Correction

We do apologize to the customer. This customer has been given a full refund and they have been offered to have the product shipped to them free of charge for their troubles.

The company was not intentionally trying to fraud any person and does not and will not ever do so. It was simply an overlooked misunderstanding that the company has fully corrected.

We sincerely agologize to this customer and take full responsibility for the misunderstanding.

At AnatomySource.com your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied, we want to know. If you are thrilled, we want to know. This allows us to provide the absolute most outstanding service experience.

To date we have processed and shipped over 6000 orders and it is absolutely essential to us that each purchase is to the customer's exact specifications. We will not accept any thing less. At times, all companies will make mistakes. We feel it is fair to judge them on how they handle correcting the mistake, not just solely on the mistake itself.

Out of 6000 orders to date we have had 3 unsatsfied customers. We admit this was mostly our fault and we did every thing we possibly could to correct the situation. Unfortunately, some people can not be satisfied.

We are pround to say our company satisfaction rate is 99.9% and we strive to push it to 100%.
