I order from the web, cancelled through emails before 14 day trial period ended, got charged $44.95. Fine I ordered on 11/04/08 but did not recieve product until 11/10/08. On 11/19-20 tried to cancel no luck reaching this company. On the 11/21/08 emailed them about cancelling the product we emailed back and forth until 12/02/08. They offered me a credit of $20.00 & keep the product ddo not return.They sent me an email stating that they were sorry I wanted to cancel, with this message. "There is no need to respond to this message if you would still like your account canceled. This email is your cancellation confirmation. (dated 12/02/08 @1:56pm). Then why do I have a charge of 39.95 on 01/21/09 and overdraft fees from my bank. I called them raving mad, they said that the order had been processed prior to my cancellation, and that they have no control of the US postal service. R U Kidding they are blaming the postal service for a delivery of over 45 days. Then I get a supervisor to say that this is a bottle they charged me for that they had pending because of insufficient funds in my account, mind you this was after cancellation.
