I signed up for a free trial of this product. Shipping and handling was the only cost and was immediatly debited from my account. After two weeks, and no product, I was billed $88. I called to complain and cancel. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Ryan who toldme I had not cancelled within two weeks of my order date. I explained I had not recieved the product - he said it had been sent out 12/1 (I ordered 11/28) and since I did not cancel, the charges were for a full month's supply - which had been shipped out - I never did receive that either. I cancelled my orders; I demanded a refund and to speak to a manager. He told me all the managers were out and unavailable and that they had a no refund policy. To make matters worse, on 12/18 I received the trial offer and on the package was the ship date of 12/15 - which was the day I called to cancel and complain. I called again but was directed to the website and LiveChat. That person, Feb, told me that there was no record of my (12/15) call and that the charge was because I had failed to cancel within two weeks of my ship date - which was not what Ryan had previously said. I was on the web site for an hour finally getting her to admit my package had not been shipped on time and that I was on the 15th day since the shipment date, and that was within their time frame. She said she sent my information to thier accounting dept. and that someone would contactme. However, she refused to refund my money - again. I now am into this rip-off for over $150...how can I get them to refund my money ?
