It is impossible for the average person to sit waiting on hold in order to cancel this product and the time period allowed for this is almost impossible to meet. My credit card company says they can't remove the $89.31 charge nor can they block future charges by this company. My only recourse at this point now is to dispute any future charges. This company is almost impossible to contact. I spoke to a supervisor who stated is name was "Martin". He told me that he could not give out his last name. He also told me that he is "not allowed" tell me who the owner/president of this company is!!!!! Martin HUNG UP ON ME during when I kept insisting I wanted a full refund because they don't answer the phone. When I questioned what the legal name of the company is I was told "Fulfillment", yet the billing for these items came from Utah under the names "Green Tea" and "Fastmelts30". So, they are almost impossible to contact, they refuse to take a return shipment, and keep all their company info a secret. This sounds like internet robbery to me!!
