fullfillment, Powerflush500, Powerhealth did not mail ontime and used it against me, to bill my credit card for $89.00 almost $90.00 . Its a scam! Davie Florida

This company advertises for free 14 day trail, for cost of shipping only, I ordered it, I did not think it went though as my computer went blank for that page at the end, I never recieved confirmation that it had gone through, this all took place on the evening of January 4th, 2009.

On Tuesday january 20th a package appeared in my mail box, I put it aside as I was working on my taxes, getting them ready. I checked my credit card, and found that this company had charged me over $89.00s for the product, I call the company , they ssid I should have called to cancil any future arders, that it was in the agreement on the page I had maked agree.

My problem is that, that it did not even meke it in time for me to cancil it, and also, I had no idea that the order went through as there was nothing emaild to me from the company saying they received it. This is not businesslike, every company above board, confirms an order.

When I called several times, trying to get ahold of a supervisor, the people barley spoke english, was difficult to understand, and I know they could not have understood my request, they all said, nothing they could do, I did not call intime, and I agreed to the terms. Well this is outragious! We are retired, and live on my husband Social Security. We also had lost all our lifes retirement, in the retirement plan throught our brokerage firm.

This just can not be legal, , I was told by one of the people there that they have another company somewhere else process their orders, this is probably why my product did not make it within the 14 days, It also carries a warning that you should contact your Doctor if you take medications, before using this product. I do take three medications, and have not been able to go in and ask if this is safe for me to take.

but they have my money and will not return it I was also told that I should have contacted them when I did not recieve the product at fourteen days and cancil any future orders, but I did not ok any future orders, it was automatic! How was I to know that they even sent the product out, with no confirmation, or email from them , I had no clue it went through.
