FX Supplements ignored cancellation and withdrew $89.95 from my account Arlington Texas

On 11/12, well within the 10-day period for cancellation, I called the 800-993-4216 number to cancel my trial order for ACAI BERRY MAXX. I received a recording saying the number was experiencing difficulty, please call back later. I tried again that day and on the following day, twice. I then emailed my cancellation to the stated e-mail address on the website on 11/14.

The trial bottle arrived on 11/21, having only been mailed on 11/18!

On 12/20, I received in the mail a package from FX Supplements containing 2 bottles of the product, and then checked my check statement. $89.95 is pending to be deducted from my account on Monday, Dec 22. I have to physically go to the bank and file a complaint and pay to stop or reverse the charge.

I found an additional e-mail address on another complaint forum: (((Redacted)))
I forwarded my original e-mail to that address along with the statement that I would file a complaint with the FTC and post on forums. I then did a search on the e-mail address and found a different business that has the exact same mailing address. This business is Draw-Tite Hitches and looks legitimate. So I sent them a message stating that someone was using their address and email for an internet scam. I said I'd filed with the FTC.
