HCG Medical HCG Medical is very misleading Tulsa Oklahoma

These people are very misleading. First their website made it look like they had offices here in Utah (that should have been a clue right there that they would not be completely honest with me), and then after I agree to the terms on the contract they tell me that the HCG shots are not included at all in the price after telling me that they where.
The customer service agent told me that 310.00 was for set up and lab fees, the 1200.00 was for the medication, and the additional services that they provided where access to a person to help me every day with the diet and meal plans.
Now they tell me that 310.00 was for set up, and the 1200.00 is for their Therapy (not including the HCG shots, they said that I would have to buy those on my own).
Don't do business with these people, they are very dishonest. They stole $400 from me and telling me that I have to continue paying off the rest of the loan, and I am thinking “what loan”?
I have not received anything from these people and they are expecting me to continue to pay them. They have made threats to me over the email like this:
I am not avoiding the issue.
You are blessed with a 0% interest for having to deal with me.I am your contact person. Moving forward is your only option, unless you are okay with the consequences. In the case you have a criminal record, credit card fraud should be an easy charge for you.
Your credit card company will also hear your recorded agreement.I will approve the finance manager to press charges against you for credit card fraud after they hear it. Press on… It's a bumpy road
ahead. ... Shannon Perdue, Director of Patient Services
All I wanted was my money back.

I found a fake testimonial picture on the HCG Medial website!! I contacted the girl and asked her myself if she had lost weight with this company's program and she said that she did not. Beware, these people are not honest!!

First - HCG Medical creates local advertising campaigns showing local clinic addresses in many markets by listing LabCorp locations - without LabCorp's knowledge or permission. (These can be found when you do a Google search for HCG Clinic and click on their Sponsored Ad, then scroll down the left side to see the list of "clinic" (LabCorp) addresses). They actually only have one location and just recently added the walk-in clinic. Before that it was a call center only.
Second - Some testimonials and pictures are definitely fake.
Third - They do mislead the consumers with information related to what they are paying for, especially about the prescription. In fact, the prescriptions are generally only sent to the pharmacy they own, all the while people are told they (HCG Medical) have no control over the prescription or pharmacy.
Fourth - They do lie on sales calls and trap people into verification recordings. Be careful.
Fifth - When you fill out the contact form on their home page, the Dr. never sees it. It goes to a salesperson.
Sixth - The "Confidential" MD Consultation Form is actually a sales lead. Isn't that a HIPAA violation? The doctor doesn't ever see the form to my knowledge.
Seventh - When clients try to cancel, many are told that it's out of HCG Medical's hands and their account has been farmed out to a finance company - untrue - Anyone who has been told this needs to check their credit card statement. It will say they are being charged by HCG Medical.
Eighth - Their website makes false claims related to 40 years of service and a staff of physicians. They have been in business since mid-2007 and have one MD who is rarely on-site.
Ninth - They also do business illegally in at least one state, New York.
Hope you get your money back. Good luck.

I do similar diet related stuff, and I pay a max of $95 a month.
Btw, I have lost 110 pds in 12 months, and 38 of that was my own pre dietdoc efforts.
No real diet doc will charge more than what Ive been charged and be legit.
Whether HGC is legit or not its not relevant.
most of what they offer can be done for 1/10 of what they charge, and the internet can prove it.

Is by the way, no where near as expensive as this report says.
my own diet doc says its definately no where near...and he has it too but for 1/4 of the above.
Btw, most of what the report says, can be done for free too other than hgc.
