LA Weight Loss Center Purchased program to loss weight for $921.98 ON 12/10/07 and doors closed 12/15/07 superviser said refund on it's way 2/08. Tucson Arizona

12/07/07 I was called by the manager of la weight loss and told that the center was closing in a week and I needed to come down and sign some paper work. When I came down to the center I was really angry because I joined a couple months earlier and I wanted to get my money back and she talked me out of it because I the center I was going to by me had just closed and I was driving 22 miles to theirs and policy was if you had to drive more then 20 miles you received your more back if you want out of your contract and she godsend tell me go home and think about it and then she call me and tell me they are closing.

I contacted LA Weightloss Center through their 1-877-524-3571 and when I spoke to Jennifer A Pilley from LA Weight Franchise customer Department twice and she apologize for the inconvenience with the closing of the local center and some one will contacting you and I haven't heard from no one . I have E -mailed LA Weightloss on 3/19/08-and 3times in every month since and I even contacted the BBB # 37048835 for help on 07/18/08 and have had E- mail with the BBB at chopper@gobbb.org
I have copy of my refund the manage $921.980 from 12/08/07 and I was promised that I would have that by the first week of 02/08 and know it's almost the end 08 and the only thing I say to LA Weightloss is that I just get back my own money not theirs-because all of us gave our money to them-in good faith can't they give us back our money.Thank You
