Lipofuze ENR Weight Loss Scam Lindon, Utah

Product guaranteed to work or money back.  Bought product, didn't work, obviously. It felt like nothing more than cayenne pepper and caffeine, burns and spaced out.

Sent back product as instructed on website and through customer service.  Waited.  Says it takes 24-48 hours to process refund after receiving.  Waited.  Emailed them, they don't have a record of my order, nor received my return.  Sent back email with more info they requested.  Still a no go.  Can't find me or record.  Sent another email, then another, all were polite, to the point, with everything they requested. No refund.

Phones don't work.  Online number sounds busy or disconnected.  Billing number is a cell phone, fishy huh?  Called and called.  Emailed and emailed.  They would respond, but with poorly spelled responses, which made me think 'out of country scam', yikes!

After a month of wrangling, giving them all the info they asked for and at my wits end I wrote them one last time, but this time I worded the reply a bit tersely.  I explained that I had complied to all their requests, that I had saved all correspondence with the company and that I hoped we could resolve this today, to call me immediately so I can speak to a live person or I was unfortunately going to have to contact the authorities.  They called within 1 minute and said the refund will be credited within 24-48 hours.

Tenacity and paper trails saved my a** here.  Being polite didn't hurt.  Bottom line is this company and product are a scam.  You are well advised to stay the heck away from them.  I still may have to take this to an online fraud unit if the refund doesn't go through.  You lose weight by eating less and exercising, not by emptying your wallet for the newest gimmick pill and putting God knows what in your body!
