After 6 months of complaints with the company, my account is still being charged $19.95 monthly. Yes - I originally ordered the Wu-Yi tea (worthless, by the way) and paid handsomely for it, but never asked to be billed monthly by "Living Lean" - whatever that is. I finally reported this particular credit card as "stolen", after multiple requests to the company to stop billing me went ignored, as a way to stop the charges. Guess what? The charges are appearing still!!! The Capitol One rep, in broken English, apologized profusely, but refers me to a "866" number with no answer. What can we do to stop these e-pick pockets? Let's put Living Lean out of business!
