I called for a trial product and within 10 days of receiving, I cancelled; this was confirmed by email on 8/16/2010. On 9/18 my account showed 39.95 charge, no product and I called to complain. The people sound like robots. They verified a credit would be issued 10-15 days. By 10/6, no credit. Viewed my account on 10/11 and additional charges of 84.47 added again. I called and talked to supervisor (I was infuriated by then) and she -- in robot tone -- indicated all would be credited in 10-15 days...or will it?
