Quick Slim Tea hard to get refund, charged card when it was supposed to be trial Tinley Park Illinois

I also was supposed to only pay S & H on some tea, my account got charged 2 weeks after I received the tea for $179... I got a hold of them right away and sent the tea back... I called a week later to check on it, was told it would be 5-10 business days before I would see a refund. After that time was up called again was told it was going to be more like 15 days. Called after that time was up and was told 21 days (business days)

Thought it was odd because the first couple times I called they asked my name. On the 3rd call they didn't even ask my name just told me I'd have to wait the 15 business days.

I finally called today and was told I was refunded and I'd have to wait for the bank. I would not deal with this company at all. They don't tell you your going to be charged anything up front.. its supposed to be FREE... then after they charge you they give you a BIG run around trying to get your money back.

I am hopeful my refund will be in the bank!
