res V Pure B67 Nutra Puers Systems LLC STOLE MY MONEY I Returned Product, And They Refuse to Credit Me Back Dover, Delaware

I ordered what they call a free sample of their product," res V Pure"  which I had to give a credit card number to them to pay for the shipping only, the product was to be a free sample.

But they charged my account $85.26, plus an additional $5.95, when I called them they said the $5.95 was for a newsletter, which they say I agreed to.

I never agreed to pay anything more than the shipping for the so called free sample.

When I called them, they told me I was signed up for a monthly auto ship of the product and the news letter, I imediatly told them they had better cancel everything, and credit my account back all the money they debited.

they told me I had to send the product back at my expense, to get a credit, that they would send me an email with a RMA number and address to send it to.

Which of course I did, the loss of the shipping would be much less than what they took from me. The email told me I only had four days from the date of the email to have the return postmarked.

So I mailed it on the third day, and of course never received a refund. Imagin that!

When I called them again, they admitted to receiving the product back, of course, because I sent it so I had proof of them receiving it. But they say they received it one day late, and will not refund my money......Some how I just had a feeling they were very unethical, and their whole goal is to RIP people Off.

Now they not only have stolen $91.21 of my money, I don't even have the product.

They only have one phone number on their web site, which is www.resvpure.com, in the terms and conditions link at the very bottem of the page, the company name used over and over is, B67 Nutra Puers System LLC, but I can fin no phone number that listing.

Run dont walk from this company, they are a total scam operation. I have found other complaints much like mine on
