Think & Lose made a "mistake" on the original order.  Three copies of the program showed up.  Their mistake was never corrected.  In addition, I found myself enrolled in a recurring charge program for vitamins that took months to untangle.  Think & Lose is a predatory organization that does not honor their money back guarantee.  Ordering "mistakes" on their part are not corrected.  Think and Lose aggressively processes any and all credit card charges.  Customer service was rude and would do nothing except explain that they would not provide any kind of service whatsoever.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO ANY KIND OF ACCOUNT!!!
