Duane Buyers and Sellers, beware of Amazon!!! Mary Esther, Florida

I have been an Amazon's seller since 11/27/09 when I first ordered Red Bull drinks. I started to sell software items in July and made decent income through October. I had no policy violations, and my account summary showed that it was in good standing. No AtoZ claim or Chargeback so far, and I have 8 positive feedback rating of 4.9. They placed my account under review for 30 days and placed all my money in reserve until the review is complete. After it was complete, I was able to transfer $6,244.32.

Just today, five of my listings was moved to closed listing and was blocked. I didn't get notified for why it was blocked or received any warnings from Amazon. I checked my account again and there was no policy violation or whatsoever. I once have this problem once when one of my item was moved to closed listing. I contacted Amazon four times and they told me that it is restricted to pre-approved sellers only, and I already applied for an approval. They kept responding that I'm declined for approval and that didn't explain why it was moved to my closed listing. I was already approved by Amazon and I was already authorized by the manufacturer before I started to sell these items.

I contacted Amazon one more time that I still want to know why. They replied that I violated the policy by putting in my condition note that this was for OEM, and that this is only for retail version on another item and that other item was not moved to my closed listings and I've never put any of that in my condition notice.

Now, five of my items, I mean five different items I was selling were moved to closed listings and were blocked. This happened just today, just two weeks from when the other happened to me as I explained above the last paragraph. I tried to relist many times and it didn't showed up in my open listing. I'm mad about this because I can be assured that Amazon doesn't want me to make any money, and I did nothing wrong.

Don't think I'm wrong or stupid. It's all up to you and I can guarantee you would almost certainly do very well with buying or selling on Amazon. But, if you keep it up any longer with selling or buying and you're still making money, I guarantee you will be sorry you did. 

Stay away from Amazon!!!!
