Assuming everything you say is true, I want to state some facts.

EDC Gold, at the time you joined, sold for $997.00 which that money went to your sponsor, jason Cruse and Robert Probst. Not to me, Craig Garcia, the owner of EDC Gold. Craig Garcia and EDC Gold recieves a monthly admin fee of $44.95 which covers your website hosting, access to the members area which has over 300 hours of training in there, Live customer service and access to the owners.

So if you were in our program for 10 months, you would have only paid us $449.50..

OK, So let's be honest here....you claim you've lost over 21K because of my company? Let's please keep it real JAM...

Second, if these independent reps, NOT EMPLOYEES of my company, made you all kinds of promises, you would think that after a couple thousand dollars, you would put the brakes on their promises....

Personally, I have ran several $1k, $2K and even $4k marketing campaigns that didn't pay off, so there are no guarantees. But I was smart enough to pull the plug on them. Any normal human being would do that...

So your outrageous calim of scamming you for 21K and dragging my name and company into the mix, especially when I work my butt off to help members learn this internet marketing business, is totally unwarrented...

and your comments about hiding behind charity is totally unwarranted as we have donated several thousands of dollars to the men and women fighting for our country.

Robert Probst offered to help me with my website and promised me that my business would be on the front pages of google.  We paid Robert Probst a lot of money to redesign our site.  After several months and a few thousand dollars, my website still wasn't being found by the search engines.

With a simple request for information to Robert, he got emotionally unstable and actually deleted our company website and does not respond to any phone calls or emails.  He still has control of our domain name.

In addition to the thousands of dollars we lost to Robert Probst's SEO scam, we lost our domain name and tens of thousands of dollars in potential revenue.

When we talked to the Phoenix Police Department, they took very little interest.

It is a lesson learned and hope that everyone sees this post and never gives Robert Probst a nickel!  He is a crook!!!

To whom it may concern, I Robert Probst have never done business with A Chris R. from Tempe AZ.

This is a fictitious review and the person who wrote is an ex-friend that has committed slander and libel. I am seeking legal action against this person.

I have never sold thousands of dollars of seo services to Chris R. and I challenge this user to produce a contract or one shred of evidence that I did business with them.

It turns our that Chris R. Really is Dave Rajput a disgruntled local Phoenix DJ that I built a website for last year. I was never paid for the website or subsequent work I did, and therefore removed the website of this person. Ihave receipts to prove I am owed money for web development costs and paying for this person advertising out of the kindness of my heart.

Its a shame after 15 years of knowing someone, and helping them financially for years, that they would sink so low morally as to create a fake emailaddress and go online to write a fraudulent review of another human being out of spite. Especially since I have receipts proving that I paid out of my own pocket for advertising for Dave Rajput and he never paid me back for either the website or the advertsing I did to help him save his business which was always on the edge of bankruptcy.

This person has sent negative emails to all of his contacts and slandered my name. He has been treated over the last few years for depression and has been prescribed Zoloft and other medications to control his anger.

I have PROOF that I did webdesign work for Dave Rajput, but I never did work for a Chris R.

I never did seo work for Dave Rajput because he did not pay me. I went out of my way to work out a payment plan for this person because I felt sorry for them.

The result is this fraudulent negative review that purports to be written by a Chris R. from Tempe. I have over 1500 clients and zero complaints with the BBB.

In regard to the other reviewer named Jam from Maryland:

Jason cruise sold this person NOT me. I did sign her up initially for EDC back in 2008 and she received her product and software that she paid for. Later she was contacted by Jason C. a different rep that sold her 20K worth of advertising. I had nothing to do with Jam's experience with Jason C.

I have a signed contract stating that Jams purchase was for non refundable software. Jam attended dozens of hours of webinars and training with EDC in 2008 and received plenty of support. in fact, the founder of the company has proof that Jam attended EDC training and asked a lot of questions, so to claim she never got support is untrue.

She simply never implemented the training she received to promote herself online. EDC was sold in 2009 and no longer exists. EDC did give plenty of money to charity and thousands of its 250,000 members earned commissions, this is a well documented fact. I can personally attest to the fact that EDC helped thousands of its members earn a meaningful income because I was named a top earner and trainer at the San Diego conference for EDC and received an award from EDC in 2008, which I have to this day. If EDC is truly a scam how can Jam explain the fact that myself as well as over 20 thousand members earned commissions for years? Was it a fluke.? I would like to request that Jam produce evidence that she personally promoted her own website and followed up personally with her prospects.

Like manyhome busines enthusiasts I think you will discover Jam didnt work her business and make the transition to working for herself an entrepreneur. Not everyone can be their own boss and run a company. That is a fact. I have hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars that I have invested into learning seo and online marketing. I have worked from home for 7 years. And I have always bent over backwards to help my team and show them that it takes hard work to be successful online. I have never offered to do all the work for any member of my team. Everyone that becomes an entrepreneur knows that you alone are responsible for your own success.

Myself, along with thousands of other members of EDC did in fact succeed online when EDC while  offered its software and training products between 2006-2009. The fact that Jam in Maryland didnt make her own EDC business a success, is not the fault of EDC or anyone except Jam.

In regard to this forum:

The fact that there is a legal loophole allowing people to illegally make unsubstantiated claims on ripoff report does not excuse the fact that many unethical people use this website out of anger to publish false information about other human beings which is breaking the law.

The website owner himself states that it is not legal to publish false statements on this site, and that the site operates on the assumption that most of its users are indeed honest hardworking people that seek to find recourse from companies.

Once it can be proven that I have never done business with Chris R. from Tempe, AZ  it is therefore incumbent upon Ripoff Report to remove information that is by definition false.

I am hereby requesting that "Chris R." produce evidence of a signed contract that I provided SEO services that cost him thousands of dollars. I would also legally request to see a signed invoice, credit card receipt of proof of payment to my LLC company name and evidence that they are a real person with valid drivers license or state ID card.

Furthermore, I would like to know where in any of my contracts it states that I guarantee first page rankings on Google. All of my real seo clients sign both an Echosign online contract as well as a hard copy invoice and I do not guarantee income or rankings. In fact, I fully disclaim that I do not guarantee either.

For the record:

I have never done business with a Chris R. from Tempe, AZ and I do not guarantee Google first page rankings for any client. Higher rankings in different verticals on Google must be earned by proving your company is credible and trustworthy online.

This is accomplished by doing honest work,building rapport with customers and generating positive reviews online. Higher rankings are also contingent upon building page rank based on quality backlinks from high PR websites, blogs, news wires and trade references within your industry.

Once it is established that I never did business with Chris R. I would like this fraudulent review removed as it is illegal to knowingly publish content that can be proven false and untrue. I reserve the right not to be compelled to agree to any contract that I have not knowingly and intentionally entered into. I have not prior to this date, wanted to answer false allegations on this site, however now that a review has been posted from someone that I have never done business with, I am responding as this represents libel and slander.
