Looks like they are back to their rip-off ways.

I purchased The ' VIP AutoPilot Profits+ System' from Keith Wellman/FX Marketing, Inc. for $497.00 on 06/20/08.

I was sent what seems like a canned email regarding a late shipment. Seemed a bit weird and I was getting concerned... the marketing was sooo good with a guarantee of 3k a month if you follow their plan within 60 days.

Then, they shipped the course to the wrong address. I got a bad feeling and decided to cancel before getting the materials - prerfectly OK according to their guarantee - sent in a ticket.

Sure they refunded the shipping immediately, but not the $497. Still waiting... It's July 16th. They keep your money for a long as possible. (legally 30 days) This is quite sleazy considering I have 3 tickets from customer service assuring me the refund has already been made. Calling them = voice mail jail - no one answers the phone. email address is: noreply@keithwellman.com - should have been my first clue.

Do you want to deal with a company like this? Customer service lies - You are are told you will get a personal mentor but they don't answer the phone...

I am now going to go through the process of getting the transaction refunded through Visa. Hopefully, I'm protected. I have to fight for my money. This is a pain when a real company that does not scam would just do what they say and refund immediately.

Keep your money. Stay far away from this company.

If anyone knows how to contact Mr. Wellman directly through phone or email - please let me know.

In June 2008, I was fighting for almost two months until my issue was fixed, but fortunately I found the direct E-mail address to reach personally Keith Wellman which is:

keithwellman@gmail.com

He was nice to me, replied immediately in the two hours, I got refunded & in the same day got my issue fixed when his help desk was not answering any longer...

Please try his personal E-mail I bet you you will be heard of your concern.

It seems that his help desk is far to the expectations it should be...

Good luck... :)
