Kids Juke Box Inc Kids Juke Box is a Scam Carlsbad California

I came across Kids Juke Box about 7 months ago.I subscribed to the website,asked for all the necessary info and spoke to the owner Kurt Penberg who explained everything to detail.
I am based in the UK and was more interested in knowing if they catered to the International market which they mentioned they did.
Two months later I purchased the software worth $1000,Kurt Penberg called me and took my credit card details,after a week the products were delivered to my door.
I was unable to install the software from get go.I contacted the company and spoke to IT Engineer who gave me a few instructions on how to install the software but we were still unsucceessful.
A few days later I emailed Kurt Penberg who then instructed one of his employees to send me new software.The company called to inform me they would be sending new items but were also apologetic as they had send me faulty products.
The new software arrived within a few days,I had a local IT Engineer help me with the installation of the software.After a few minutes the engineer asked to see the other software,had a good look,tried installing it,shook his head and told me I had exactly the same product and they were both faulty.

I contacted Kurt Penberg via telephone but he wouldn't pick up any of his phones.I emailed him saying I would be shipping the products back.

A few days later after sending the email a gentleman from their marketing dept called apologizing to me saying if he would sort out any problems I was having but I told him I would be shipping the products regardless of what he said.I also mentioned I would be expecting my money back because they had failed to deliver what they promised.

I have called Kurt Penberg and emailed him repeatedly,left messages and nobody has responded to me in the last 4 months.I contacted the BBB who also said they were unable to reach anybody in this company.what Kurt Penberg is doing is a disgrace he should be named and shamed !!!
