I paid $499.00 to receive my own web site "emall" that sells products of various companies. M.A.N. does all of the work for you. Each person who pays for their own web site like I did gets the same exact web site only with a different web address.
The two salesmen I talked with on the phone made me big promises of creating wealth for myself with this business and said I should be able to make at least $1,000 a month. They said the company was very successful, etc, etc.
I started this business in February of 2008. It is now September of 2009, and I have not yet made one single cent from this business.
They have you talk to your personal "coach" on the phone every week to keep you informed and answer any questions. The coach I had always sounded very sweet and honest and always had some new excuses why I was not yet making any money. She urged me to continue on with it and keep calling in every week.
Because everyone at this company sounded so nice over the phone and seemed to be so honest, and because the web site looked legitimate and professionally done, and because they gave me a very professional looking notebook of information when I first signed up, I kept on with this business for all of this time. I also was believing in all of their excuses why I wasn't yet making any money.
I recently began to "wake up" and realize that I was never going to make any money and that I had been conned, big time.
They usually told me, and showed on my back office, that around 30 people had clicked on my web site during the previous month. Lately they are telling me 70 people clicked on my web site. What woke me up was when I realized that if you multiply 30 people a month times 12 months, that's 360 people a year clicking on my web site store and none of them bought any products. This is just incredulous to believe that not one person ever bought anything out of all those people over all that time period.
My suspicion is that the back office reports of clicks are either completely phony reports, or they are accurate about the clicks, but are not showing that some of these people bought some products from my site and so therefore this company must be pocketing all of the money that my web site made over the last year!
They always have some sort of excuse why there are no sales, anywhere from well, it's been slow lately, to well, we revamped the look and content of your web site so this should help, to well, we were having some technical problems and have revamped the back office and this should help, et al. If you read the othe ripoff reports on this web site you will see that the company offers excuses and they try to make themselves look so accomodating and so honest.
What the company does when anyone files a complaint with the BBB or on sites like this one is, the company acts like the customer "just cannot be satisfied" and like the customer is just crazy and complaining about nothing. They also make themselves look so honest and so accomodating by giving the customer a refund and trying to work things out with them. This is all just more con artist stuff to get themselves out of lawsuits and to keep the BBB in the dark about how dishonest they are.
If their business is so slow that no one is making any money off of their personal emall web sites, then why doesn't this company admit that their business has failed and close their doors? Because conning people into giving them $499.00 is keeping them in business; and perhaps, they are also stealing money from those who signed up with them by pocketing all of their web sites' profits instead of giving it to the owners of those personal web sites (I cannot prove this, but it's either one of two possibilities: either the reports of clicks on your web site are phoney reports, or they are accurate and if they are accurate, where are the profits, since at least one person who clicked on the site within a year's time should have bought something!! Geez.)
And just because I kept hanging onto this business for a year and talking to my coach every week, this does not prove that this company is honest, it just proves that I got major conned by a very sweet-talking coach and sweet-talking con artist salesmen. I really thought that their business was just not making it due to a down economy until a friend of mine pointed out to me that after all this time and all those clicks someone would have bought something.
There have been two complaints so far on this company on your web site; 12 complaints on this company through the BBB web site; and 1 complaint on another consumer ripoff web site. And now my complaint. I want people to be warned about this business, and I really want to see this company put out of business and jailed for fraud!
