I am a college student who was looking for a part time job on craigslist and I ran into this guy that goes by the name of Scott Pruchnicki. He seemed like a legit guy at first and I worked for him for a week posting craigslist job offers which never even worked because craigslist bots banned the ads. Anyways he said he had another task to complete so he mailed me a check which came from Clinton Township, Michigan for the amount of $2400.
He said he needed me to pay his company manager that goes by the name of Rickey Hassell $1580 as soon as I deposit the check. When I received the check in the mail I immediately called the company listed on the check which turned out to be Manheim Auto Auction out of Lakeland, Florida. The company said the guy had been writing these fraudulent checks and using their company info and that they have been investigating the case for awhile now. So I was curious who this Rickey Hassell guy was so I looked him up on facebook and sure enough there was a Rickey Hassell out of Clinton Township, Michigan. On his facebook it showed him to work at Flex-N-Gate Technologies in Michigan, their phone number is (586) 773-0800.
The scam was that I deposit the fraudulent check and because it is linked to a business bank account it will clear for about a week, but before the week is up I was to western union Rickey Hassell the $1580, and after a week the company would report fraud and I would get charged back $2400 on my bank account leaving me broke and the police would put me in jail for check fraud, and after that the criminal Scott Pruchnicki and Rickey Hassell would have got away with the crime.
I advise anyone who is getting emails from autosack10994@hotmail.com or dealing with someone by the name of Scott Pruchnicki and Rickey Hassell to discard any business you have with them and report them to IC3.gov.

Just browsing my name on Google, I see my name "Scott Pruchnicki" pop up in a consumer report scam. After reading the article I recognized the email address: autosack10994@hotmail.com. I was shocked! This was the exact same scam that happened to me in December of 2011. I actually left my job because I thought this was a legit opportunity. Just another Craigslist scam!!! Bear in mind, I am also a college kid looking for extra income. I went back into my email and I still have the emails in case I could find a way to press charges. The "real culprit" goes by the name Allison Asack. As you can see the name is very similar to the email address (autosack10994@hotmail.com). My guess is whoever this person scams ends up uses their name to scam other people. Anyways, I went on to proceed what "Allison Asack" wanted me to do. This is the exact email he sent me:
You are to create an hotmail email address,let the email address be autosack10994@hotmail.com and let the password be Lewbuck.Then you are to go to craigslist and
create an account which you will be using for the postings.You are to
post and also publish at the same time and make sure you publish all the
postings so that they can be viewable on the site.And you are not to
rush it so that the postings wont be flagged and removed from the
site.And here are what you are to post and those are the cities you are
to post them to..
" Subject:Computer Microsoft Operation Needed
Looking for highly motivated self-starter to assist with new
construction company. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
record keeping, invoicing, quick books data entry, email marketing,
scheduling and varying daily tasks as they arise. Work week will be
between 20 -40 hrs depending on weeks schedule and motivation. Computer
skills needed: word, all Microsoft office programs, quick books.
Experience with photo shop and publisher preferred.

After I completed this, he ended up saying I would receive $2400 in the mail. Then I would have to deposit it into my bank account. Then the "deal was" I would receive $530 from it and the rest would be a Western Union transfer to Florida by someone named Cruz. Thank God! The bank would not process it because they said the check was not legit. I should also mentioned the check was sent from a auto company in Las Vegas, NV. I still have some of the emails to prove this so called "Allison Asack" is gulity!! I would greatly appreciate it if my name could come off here. This could really affect me in the long run. I apologize for any inconvenience. I am another victim of this scam
