Thrive Learning has also started a "Follow up" program. Notes and assignments are added to clients dashboard after key conversation to make sure that clients understand the principals and assignments covered. This will give their clients a chance to follow up on assignments and also allows feedback on the information that is covered as well as the presenter of the information. Thanks to the feedback from clients, Thrive Learning has made changes to the information presented and is currently training their staff on how to be more effective. I was contacted by a man named Ryan Morgan with Diverse Marketing, LLC back in late July. He claimed to be contacting me on behalf of the Rich Jerk website and offering a home-based Internet business coaching/training program through the Thrive Learning Institute.
We talked for a while and I eventually agreed to purchase the program. I was told at the time of purchase that if I decided to cancel the program, I could send a written letter to Diverse Marketing, postmarked within 3 business days of the date of purchase, and receive a full refund. I agreed to this.
Two days later, I was having second thoughts about the program. I let Mr. Morgan know that I was cancelling, wrote out a letter and mailed it that same day with a USPS delivery confirmation tracking number.
I received confirmation that the letter had been delivered three days later, and immediate contacted Mr. Morgan and their customer service department for the status of my refund. Neither call was returned. I have tried contacting the company multiple times in the last 3 weeks, but none of my calls are ever returned. E-mails to customer service are not responded to.
It has been 3 weeks now and my money has still not been refunded! This company clearly does not wish to honor their own contracts.
