Well I ordered this product on the 13th of November 2009 and called to cancel on the 16th of November 2009; if I am not mistaken that is 3 days. No one answered the phone and I called 11 times on the 16th of November 2009 and sent 2 emails from the 1st email that was sent on the 16th of November 2009 I received this Out Of Office response:

Please note that NO cancellation requests will be accepted through e-mail. If you would like to cancel your account or for immediate support, please call customer support at (877) 204-7404.
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm PST, and Saturday from 8am-4pm PST.

After that response is when I started calling I even left a message from 1 # I was given still all on the 16th of November 2009 3 days later.
After calling the 11 times I emailed again csfastblog@fastblogincome.com and no response.
So there... I have proof of all of this.
