BEFORE getting your money they guarantee you will get at least three inspections per week and that Foreclosure Bank Inspector Co. will secure the addresses and contacts. They do this through reported contacts and contracts with banks and finance comanies.

AFTER the model all of a sudden changes to you must do all the research to find the foreclosures and solicit the work yourself. For all your hard work you get to send $35 to their company which to this point has done nothing. The comany does NOT have contacts or contracts with these lending institutions.

The comany is bogus! If you want to get into this type of business, you do not need them.
