Tara Consulting Fired me and have not paid New Albany, Ohio

I worked for the company for 7 months and worked basically 7 days a week to make sure I made the $100 minimum every week.  I worked hard to make sure I made the minimum every week.  I was paid my first pay after being there for 4 weeks because they pay every week after holding it for 4 weeks.  Then, I was not paid for 6 weeks.  There was no explanation for me not being paid for that time.  Finally I asked to be paid and was only paid a $100 and paid that for 4 weeks.  Scott told me that they were going to catch me up on pay knowing they owed me quite a bit of pay by that time.  I was never caught up on pay.  I was paid for 4 weeks and then the monies stopped.  I continued to make minimum except for 2 weeks.  Then, I had to beg to be paid again.  I had to make sure that I continued to make minimum and to work my scheduled shifts.  I was always working and never complained about the monies.

The monies would come and go.  It was never the full amount.  It was always $100 here and there.  Finally, right before I was terminated I had asked to be paid and was told I was going to be paid either on Saturday or Monday.  I had not been paid.  I finally brought it back up on Thursday.  I was told I was going to be paid on Saturday.  I was paid on Saturday.  When I came home from my other job to send in my weekly report and my daily report, I was unable to send it in.  I had been blocked.  I had been terminated.  I was given an email with a scheduled pay out of the monies that they owe me.  It is quite a bit of money.  As of yet, they have not paid me according to that pay out schedule.

If you are thinking about working for them, think twice.  They do not pay as they should.  They will hold monies.  They don't always pay on time.  They will hold monies.  They will tell you they will pay you after they terminate you.
