Covenant Transport I was asked to leave the Covenant without prejudice for being attack by my co-driver. After 5 days I was told I was being discharged. Chattanoonga Tennessee

My man and I had team up as partners at Covenant. We had teamed for four mouths and I couldn't take his controlling behavior any more. We were at the Indiania terminal when I told dispatch I wanted off the truck. I was push down with his back against my face making it hard for me to breathe. When he let me up I filed a report against him and I was discharged. I don't know what he told them but, but they discharged me without disclosure. Now four mouthes later they terminated him. I still looking for work. This is the only career that I know, that if you have a discharged on record that your career is shot or it could be that in 35yrs I have never been discharged, terminated, or FIRED.

I work for this company.

There are many stories like your's and all the others posted here.

The tactics employed by this company are to generate psycological warfare on purpose to create turnover.

I have been writing about this for sometime on the internet.

I have stayed with the company because I know they ruin people's DAC reports.

They are the most un-ethical company I have have seen and use religion to hide the shameful way they treat human beings to save a few pennies.

There are some acrhived "Blog Talk Radio" shows about "Hostile Training Environment's and "Workplace Bullying" that I encourage any and all former drivers to listen to and get educated on this topic.

This company works overtime to discredit you, your rights and your dignity.

Please check out a site called "Ask the Trucker" and pass it along to any and all former drivers.

There are curious ears listening to what this company is doing to take advantage people who they feel them can manipulate because they are already disenfranchised people.
