Federal Legislation Of Unsecured Loans And Assocoation Attorney's Office David Cooper, Raymond Rolls, Micheal Grear back to back calls,threatened imprisionment washington, Washington District of Columbia

A month ago I received a call from a David Cooper on my cell phone848-248-4818, he left a very threatening message on my voicemail.He had a thick accent. He said I need to return his call if not all he could say was may God be with you. I called him back and he said I owed for a payday loan that was not paid, I asked when was this because I didn't have a loan out' I had ona a month ago and paid it off but no other ones and he said if i didn' pay this he would hane a letter sent to my boss and it would have me fired and a sheriiff would arrest me from work or I could fax an apology letter to him and give him my account info. fax#858-435-7639. He said he was with the Federal Legislation of Unsecured Loans Association. I talked to my attorney and she tried to call and noone would return her call. He  called me back and I told him I knew this was a scam and hung up.. I hadn't heard from them until two days ago and they are calling leaving the same message, except number is different  813-200-7465. This is redicilous, I am tired of them calling. Can you please help. I have pulled up the number on google and have seem the same complaint as mine by alot of different people.
