janiking gb ltd stole my wages and expenes and lied to me kingston upon thames, Other

i was employed by this company in august 2011 and worked as a supervisor for the south west,.things was a bit strange from the start .i had to buy a mobile phone for work and use my own number, then it took 3 weeks before they gave me expenses so i had to put my own fuel in their company van. then when i did get my float i would be lucky if i got it every week which left me paying out of my own pocket. then in november i had a call on the thursday to say that there is a training course in london on the friday, so i went to the office in london only to be told i was fired and had to make my own way home 350 miles away. they had my claim  for expenses which was for £294 which to date i have never recieved and further more i had half my wages which they also took £200 back for expenses. so in total they have had £494 plus 6 weeks wages from me and when i have tried contacting them via email letters and phone calls not a single reply, when i do phone they cut me off.

i find this so unfair and im out of pocket. i have lost all this monies and they also never paid for any of my buisness calls i have made. i feel very depressed and humiliated and want to see justice done......
