Peter Langone, commercial photographer and owner of peterlangone.com uses scam websites to Slander Innocent Creative Director under fictitious name to hide in an effort to avoid legal ramifications. The IP address of 70.88.39.41 has been identified as Langone Studios Inc. 215 SE 12th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 and is the known origination of the alias posting from Mr. Andersson from Lund, Sweden.

Peter Langone has within the week on November 18, 2011 posted more false claims about an Artist/Manager who worked with him and brought him his recent fame and success in an effort of pursued continuing harassment. A move that as many blog posts reflects is "not unlike something he would do".

Beth had a highly profitable business with Peter Langone and a solid friendship where she states in Digital Photo Pro how close their bond and working relationship was. The relationship soon presented obstacles, and Beth began taking notice of "questionable practices" from the photographer and known associates of Mr. Langone. Both the suspicion and her distaste for his affiliations caused her to leave the Photographer. No filings or reports were suggested at that time, Beth quoting "There were no hard feelings. I just wanted out."

The Artist, then Manager and Agent to Peter Langone booked this photographer high profile assignments like Buick/ Tiger Woods, Fox Sports, Dell Computers, and others. She also raised significant money for his directorial assignments for him to produce independent films and commercials. Peter Langone's photography was once popular with Ad Agencies in the 1980's, but he had not worked steadily since then until Beth began representing him. Once she took over, she revamped his style, pushed him into digital photography and she worked tirelessly around the clock to rebrand his ineffective style which had been negatively coined in the industry as "stock".

A week after Beth left, she began using the images she created to reflect her past work history with Peter Langone in her portfolio under a new company Icon Global Artists where she hoped to help other artists like herself in building a name in the industry. Her clients, who grew to respect her and her work followed, which enraged the photographer. He then began harassing the artist, and shortly thereafter threatened her to remove one of the images she was using that she creatively directed, styled, produced, booked, sold and was paid for directly by the client. In addition, the artist was using images of herself that Peter Langone had taken of her - as a friend for her personal music project, that he had signed over to her with a release and that she had styled, produced, and creatively concepted. Regardless of her cooperation he filed suit against her with alleged claims that she was stealing his work. Both of the clients we interviewed stated that she was "an amazing Creative Director", and that she "exceeded their expectations handling their assignments like a true professional." It was further stated that, "Peter Langone was the photographer that was working with Beth at the time, and that she promoted as her only choice of photographer, so if you wanted to work with Beth, she would only use Peter." They continue by stating, "The hard work was the months of planning and creatives that Beth provided for us."  

Reports surfaced from friends close to the Artist and Creative Director who were outraged by the now public display of his baseless and frivolous lawsuit claims, and wanted to tell the real story of what the artist was going through at the time online without her knowing. Sources close to Mr. Langone stated, "It was an unfortunate separation, and Mr. Langone reacted in an unfavorable manner towards her, he was very upset and possessive of her, and leaving Peter Langone was NOT an option." Unfortunately, this display online was not what she was searching for since her privacy was of utmost importance. Regardless, Peter Langone continued his retaliation, and continued to put further pressure and instability in the way for the Creative Director to keep her from moving forward in both her personal and professional life.

After over a year of continued harassment by photographer Peter Langone, Beth was diagnosed with a serious condition that was brought on by years of chronic stress, the artist spent the last part of 2009 and all of 2010 overcoming severe internal organ damage. She transformed her service based business into a successful product based business, and worked as a freelance visual artist for only a few close clients on a daily basis. The artist was represented by outside professional management and removed herself from all business negotiations, and crew hires. The main thrust of her new business while in and out of treatment was mainly geared towards her writing her book, and music.

Throughout the end of 2010, the threats and harassment from Peter Langone seemed to have subsided for the artist, all but only a few reports of him visiting her family members without invitation, until mid February 2011 when Google decided to adjust their algorithms. Google's new algorithm change had instantly subverted all his efforts and attempts to push down the responses online from known associates who witnessed his slander. With Google's new decision, this posting was now back at the top of search engines, and the harassment would return to Beth via phone texts and emails claiming this was her doing. Now in recovery from her illness and completely removed from the environment, Beth felt she had put to rest his attacks, but now they are back in full force. Beth is now in relocation, and has filed a restraining order against Peter Langone.

With regards to these false claims, Beth does not handle any estimates, bookings negotiations, productions, or crew hires. She does not own the claimed site or any affiliate sites or names referred to in this document, and goes by her legal first and last name. Any and all photography that is displayed in any portfolio reviews are her work as reflected in the below settlement agreement, and any and all further work from any photographers Beth has worked with in the past has been approved "in writing" by the artist or agent and credited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the photographer, producer, or author. Any and all original works of art have been filed with the U.S. Copyright Office, and her name is clear of any and all debts. She does not owe any business or person, and with research provided by all three credit bureaus shows outstanding credit and business practices.

The Lawsuit filed By Peter Langone:
The lawsuit was settled. This photographer was silenced by his settlement agreement with regards to intellectual property claims, and there was nothing proven with regards to this copyright infringement claim, stated in the settlement agreement (United States District Court Southern District of Florida Fort Lauderdale Division Case No: 10-CV-60467- Moore Simonton " WHEREAS the Parties agree that nothing herein shall be construed as an admission of wrongdoing by either party and affirmatively state that each is entering into this Settlement Agreement not due to any liability but solely to avoid the uncertainty and expense of litigationit continues to state Langone hereby agrees as a condition of this settlement and for so long as ..is in compliance with and continues to observe the terms of this Agreement, to permit the defendant to utilize his l(My paraphrase: Peter Langone's) copyrightable photographs for her personal online portfolio for personal job industry solicitation for herself only, including but not limited to those photographs depicting or evidencing the defendants work as a stylist, creative director, or producer. 

This sounds just like something Peter Langone would do. Peter Langone underpays, and overworks, and Peter Langone will have you do everything and then Peter Langone will take all the credit. Peter Langone was lucky he had anyone that would stick around for that long. Sounds like it was too long for her. Thats what Peter Langone does, breaks you down threatens and destroys. He doesn't care. I've also partied HARD with Peter Langone. I'll leave it at that... 

Peter Langone has a host of new blogs and sites trying to avoid the truth of who he is. Problem is this is really who he is. Don't believe a word of the bs he's trying to sell everyone. I can see that he got to Beths friend with this post. Doesn't sound like her, and I'm sure she didn't write this, but the truth be told this sounds exactly like something he would do.  I think its sweet that he stuck up for her. He didn't care about Peter Langone, the lunatic like everyone else, and I hope Peter drowns in his own vomit one day where he belongs... he's a piece of garbage.. Good for you!! 

Peter, The truth is your business was failing when you met Beth, and she brought you back from the grave. You have a small house in Ft. A few months back I wanted to see how she was doing and saw online some of her music she had been recording, so I thought I would reach out to wish her a happy holiday. I was almost sick when I asked how she was, and if you were still harrassing her, and she said you were still after her... she sent me to Google. I saw all the posts you put up about her. Its unbelievable really how you are still breathing. Its a total waste of air. 

Then I read all your crap sites...Stop trying to protend that your such a good person when your not. I've worked with you Peter Langone, and know Beth.... you actually made me cry on set. I had to leave in the middle of the photo shoot I was so upset. Your heartless, and now she has to deal with all of this again years later. Don't you have a life at all? Peter Langone you have such a bad name in NYC, and in FL. You would think that you would at least try to care after what everyone says about you. Actually about 3 years ago I was in a production meeting, and everyone sat around the table talking about how much they couldn't stand you because you were so mean to everyone. Kind of funny.

Peter Langone is a complete piece of garbage, he will tell you he is your friend, take your pictures, then when your using them all over the place not knowing any better because you think he is your friend, if you make one wrong move, he will sue you for copyright infringement. What a joke. This was settled. Beth if your anywhere near this post, you should post the settlement agreement that of course he settled because HE HAD NO GROUNDS!!!! Why would he agree to let her use HER images for self promotion in a stamped legal document from the courts in a settlement agreement if the claim was that she was infringing on your rights. The Author that is Stated in this posting DID NOT WRITE THIS REPORT! I am the author of this report, and my name is Cory Graves. I wrote this report out of anger and it cost me my position at Icon Global Artists, and more importantly, it cost me the trust and friendship of two good people in my life. 

I was upset that a lawsuit was filed against the company who is so respected in the industry and it was by pure accident that I used the wrong name as the author. It wasn't clear to me that I was typing in an Author's Name. This was simply a mistake. The accusations I made about Peter, his business practices and drug use are lies.That I made up without proof or knowledge. Mr. Langone always takes care of his crew and pays well and on time. I have never seen or heard anything about drug use I lied about that statement. I am truly sorry for having in any way tarnished Mr Langone's clean reputation. Beth Fiore had in the past worked as manager for Mr. Langone and they had developed a fruitful relationship. I have continually reported this directly to the editor and they refuse to correct the name as the Author. It has been a week now, with numerous emails and telephone calls and yet they continue to refuse me.

The Stated Author did not write this Original Report, so anybody responding to this post should understand, as clearly stated in the numerous updates suggested by the Editor and Staff, that this is not a report by Beth Fiore, so your responses to indicate she is trying to hide behind my statements are ludicrous. My intention was to have a rebuttal to the lawsuit filing.  My actions are reprehensible, reckless and irresponsible. The two persons named in this report are highly respected professionally and voicing my opinion in this manner was my doing, without the knowledge of  the person who is stated as being the Author. The damage that was done was by my hand, and I expect anyone who reads this to disregard the original report as erroneous, malicious and untrue because that is the truth.

The Original Report filed on this website pertaining to  the Lawsuit Summary - Peter Langone v. Icon Global Artists, Inc. was in fact not written by the stated author, Beth Fiore. When this report was written it was the intention for her name to be attached for the search in order for this report to come up in rebuttal to the claim of copyright infringement, of which she made no infringement.

I am deeply regretful for the posting of the information and have compromised the well being of everyone involved. Beth chose to separate from this partnership to expand her horizons, and did not do so because of any drug addiction on Peters behalf. They had a wonderful 7 year working relationship. Peter is not a thief, he is not a drug addict, and he has always taken care of his crew. But he is very concerned about copyright. He has spent his life working as a photographer and his reputation is very important.

The Stated author in the previous posting, Beth Fiore is innocent of making those statements in writing.  She was unaware of the act, and condemns the legitimacy of the claim in its entirety. She wishes only the best for Peter and she is not responsible for the previous claim.

This Letter is to clear both names of the persons involved.
