Superior Asset Management Superior Asset is a big joke.....very nasty, very rude, tried to collect money off of me Clearwater,Florida

On August 6, 2008, I recived a phone call from Superior Asset at 1:30 pm, and the number was 1-800-895-2989. The CSR agent's name was Curtis, who was very nasty to me. T Mobil has filed a false claim on me saying that I owed them money, and I never heard of T mobil nor have I had T Mobile. I tired to explain that I am on disability, I am un able to work, and that I filed a report for credit fraud as someone ran up big bills and ruined my credit. That didn't go over too well. This man began to yell nasty names like 'white cracker ass' or Mother F***** which was very unprofessional. When I called the head corporate number, it was a fake number and disconnected. Each time I called, the CRS's refused to put me through to a supervisor.

I wrote a letter to demand that they stop the phone calls or a complaint was going to be filed with the General Attorney's office and that a civil law suit would be pending for the harrasing phone calls. I did not give the CSR's any information about me what so ever.

I then gave this situation to my lawyer for him to handle.
