You still at it?  For anyone coming across this, I'll summarize your complaint:

1) You bought a house in Hawaii at a tax sale for pennies on the dollar.  2) You were apparently too cheap to hire an attorney to advise you.  This resulted in you not understanding that you didn't have total ownership of the house yet.  3) You put a bunch of time and money into the house.  4) An attorney bought out the rights to the house from under you.  5) Instead of settling with them for 50% (which would have still resulted in a gain of a few hundred K), you decided to fight a total loser of a case.  6) You lost, and they got 100% of the house and you got to pay a bunch of attorney fees.  7) You still don't understand the legal issues, but you are accusing everyone involved of corruption and other misdeeds. 8) You also refuse to listen to anyone explaining what actually happened and why.  Even though this could have been easily avoided for probably less than $5000 in attorney fees.

Moral of the story: you don't know what you don't know.  If you are going to be an amateur real estate investor, you better have someone who knows what they are doing advising you.
