I signed up and started using the account including having business cards printed with their email address. Out of nowhere they blocked the account but did NOT CLOSE the account. Those business cards I passed out have this email address that I"ve been locked out of. I've tried to work with them asking several times to CLOSE the account but they REFUSE.
Furthermore when I paid for premium service they attempted to cheat me out of money here with one price $19.95 and another $29.95. SCAM artists.

Mail.com did very well in making good on the problem

I commend Mail.com for actually reaching out and helping me get through this problem. I see that they have to watch out for fraudulent accounts, and sometimes they get really eager to find the bad guys. I'm not a bad guy, and once it was determined, they opened the account back up. Thank you Mail.com.
