Call the Department of Financial Services immediately to get out of any agreement with these characters. Their company is full of fraud and racketeering. My mother had a claim with Oakmont PA. Michael Carr personally handled it. Michael Carr got paid on the claim 6 months ago and never paid my mom. He never even showed up to the claim. His office is disorganized and now they are dodging her call. This racket is completely disorganized. They overpromise under delivery and will leave you with a major problem.

They don't explain to you that your insurance will be canceled and that no other insurance company will give you insurance once you go into litigation. You will be forced to get forced place insurance which is triple the cost. This racket isn't worth it. They promise you that you will get plenty of money and at the end of the day they commit fraud and theft to take your money. 

Mark Carr and Paulo Cost own a water restoration company that handles the restoration for Oakmont. Mark is Michaels Carr's brother. Mark Carr overbills the insurance carrier for things that his company doesn't even perform. That's called fraud buddy. It's going to catch up to you. Then it pissed off the insurance carrier. The end result is you will be stuck with no insurance and these thieves will be lining their pockets with money.

I suggest going to a more reputable firm right out of the gates. Look up Merlin Law Group. They are the industry leaders. I'm in the process of going through the Department of Financial Services of Florida to get the stolen money back. If anyone has any issues just go straight to DFS and they handle everything very quickly.
