Morgan Mansouri MM Venture Lux LLC. and The Wine King LLC Stole $100k of investment capital Miami Florida

Morgan Mansouri is a CON ARTIST and a FRAUD. Someone you want to avoid at all costs.

My best friend and I each invested $50k (100k total investment) with this person. He lured us in with what seemed like a deal that was too good to be true, and unfortunately this was exactly the case. He presented us with a business plan, property information and bank statements to show us his AirBnB/short term rental arbitrage business. The company projections looked good and the fabricated bank statements seemed to match the information he had provided us.

His scam was to tell us by raising the capital, he can add more inventory to the portfolio and add significant more collections to the company we would be investing in. We met this monster in person, I had met him even a couple years prior. We let our guard down since this was not an online scam and we were dealing with a human, in-person. We ran a background check and did our due diligence prior to investing and from the surface, we did not find anything alarming. In the 45 days leading up to the investment, we developed an investment agreement and operating agreement.

He was very persistent and kept pushing us to make the investment as he claimed the other investors were beginning to pester him and in turn he became very aggressive, constantly hounding us to wire him the funds so we didn’t miss out on the properties he claimed he was adding to the portfolio.

The moment my friend and I wired him the $100k investment, his plan was to go lock down the units he provided to us in the business plan. He traveled out of the country, then claimed to have gotten sick immediately. Two weeks later he became a ghost. He would not answer our calls, text messages or emails. He simply STOLE OUR MONEY and ran off. 

It has been nearly 6 months with zero communication. If you ever encounter this low-life, DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD OUT OF HIS MOUTH, he is a true CON ARTIST. Absolute SCUM OF EARTH.  After realizing this was a scam, we’ve hired a private investigator who has discovered Morgan Mansouri has dozens of additional LLC's under his name. It became very clear that he has been running this scam on other people.
