New Vision University - Unresponsive, Poor Organization & Management, Financial Issues & Lack of Refunds Internet

1)       Unprofessional team at the uni administration, never respond to communicationsAny international students looking to join, be weary as they are incompetent in organising basic lessons for you online too. Took them 3 months before I could get on one.

2)       For foreign students wanting to study abroad in Georgia, please DON'T waste your money and time at this university!!!

The management is horrific and it's just a very poorly run place. The staff doesn't respond to emails. The exams office doesn't care if you are sick or have health issues. Everything is taught online... Including exams!!

Till the second semester of 4th year I hardly did any practicals. It's been the most stressful and painful experience so far in my life. It's a complete scam in my opinion! I'd strongly advise students wanting to study here to think many times before paying!!!

3)       I need to lay it all out about my time at New Vision University (NVU) because someone's got to say it straight. I'm not just sharing my story – I'm practically shouting it from the rooftops in the hopes that someone at NVU takes a good, hard look at what's happening.

Let's kick off with the online semester debacle. It was a mess, to put it mildly. Website glitches? Sure, but what's worse is that sending an email to anyone at NVU is like tossing it into a black hole. Finance, exams, admission – no one's home. And for those of us drowning in academic struggles, the silence is deafening. The finance staff? If rude and irresponsible had a poster child, it would be them.

Now, the professors. Harsh doesn't even begin to cover it. Unnecessarily harsh? Try borderline sadistic. Learning became a game of dodging verbal grenades instead of soaking up knowledge.

Let's talk money, shall we? I'm out £3000+, and guess who doesn't seem bothered? NVU. No accountability, no acknowledgment of the financial chaos that's left me picking up the pieces both mentally and financially. It's beyond frustrating.Even when we banded together, petitioned, and practically begged for help from the higher-ups, it was like talking to a brick wall. We were left hanging, fending for ourselves, and it's a bitter pill to swallow.

But here's the kicker – I'm not alone in this. Other students are navigating the same storm. We became our own support system because NVU sure as heck didn't have our backs.

So, if you're considering NVU, think twice and I MEAN THAT. Think about the chaos, the lack of support, the financial hit. Think about whether you want to be just another student left in the dust.

This isn't just my story; it's a reality check for NVU. The question is, are they willing to listen?

4)       Do not recommend anyone to study here they take your money and when you withdraw they will try everything to not refund you what you are owed. Disgusting establishment, disgusting attitudes and unprofessional behavior especially for Mr Saba and Giorgi in the finance department. Extremely abysmal. I will do everything I can to warn everyone of this 'university'.

5)       very bad, they dont care about anything, always there is a technical problem, very moody stuff, they dont feel to listen to you until you talk to them many times. they change the study plan each semester and apply it for everyone, and no response to emails at all, and if someone reply to you they will say this is not my job. more than 400 students have transferred from this uni to others in one semester!

most of 5-stars reviews here are either before 3 years or from georgians who are not even students !!

6)       Extremely irresponsible and Non- teaching staff (management)! So bad that you can fail a subject due to their mistakes. In case of education, you'll get good theoretical knowledge but practicals depend upon what kind of teacher you get. Still better than many other universities in Tbilisi!

7)       For Foreign students who are looking to join, PLEASE DONT!

Worst uni, only some lecturers are good.

They internationally fail students in clinical subjects just to make them pay additional fees.

They keep changing the rules and fees in between the course and you have to comply with it.

Trying to transfer to another uni from here is another nightmare. Money minded to the core, please stay away from this extortion center.

8)       Horrific, bad organisation, and they only really care about bringing international students in and just leaving you there. Unfinished building, but the lecturers were alright and friendly. Shame they said I could fly out one week after term started.

9)       Worst University In Georgia…Extortion centre. Education is sub par. Rampant discrimination against foreign students especially Indian students…

10)  very bad uni they just need money and the office for exams and student problem everyday closed!!
