Prairie House Restaurant Misleading, talked to me like I was a piece a scum and I believe discriminated against me because of my race Crossroads Texas

Never in my life have I experienced such horrific treatment from a business. This company sold me bad food, told me misleading information and they still have my money. Throughout the process of dealing with the issue with this business, I was told misleading information and upon my final call about the entire ordeal after I realized that I had been mislead, the employee on the phone was extremely cruel and downright nasty towards me. I have experienced extreme mental anguish because I have dealt with this issue for months simply trying to receive a resolution. Being that I was served bad food, extremely burned and poor quality food, mislead and then treated like scum over the phone, I believe that I was treated this way because of my race.

I honestly believe if I were a white person I would have not received such poor treatment. This is my personal opinion based on my experience. I will be contacting the proper authorities about what I have experienced. No one should be allowed to treat people so poorly and get away with it. My hope is that this never happens to anyone else. It has been an extremely stressful and daunting matter to deal with.
