50dollarlogos nonresponsive, obviously scam, or grossly misrepresented advertisement Internet

I simply wanted to find out more information about the company I wanted to do some business with; however, when I did my search for feedback on them, I noticed someone has already mentioned them on this site, which isn't a surprise to me at all. I have read their self-rebuttal here, and wanted to share my comments with their potential customers.

They claim to have so much business, that there is no way for them to respond to customers' emails and / or calls. What kind of business is that? I strongly suspect that company to be just another scam, since my logic tells me, that if I had employed similar tactics in my own business, I would not be able to sustain it even for a month I would simply be forced into bankruptcy.

The primary role of a business owner (especially, the business, which deals with a lot of new clientele) is to actively encourage customer calls, calls are much more important than email, simply because when people don't know you, it's next to the best to speak with them, which in turn will allow an active marketing of your goods or services. This company does neither.

Next if their so-called business is SO successful, why then they don't hire a receptionist, or, at least, a faceless answering service for crying out loud? In the last 4 days alone I have called them 18 times and wrote 5 emails. And I got guess how many responses? Correct absolute 0.

Conclusion needless to say, that no matter how much I like their deceptive website (actually, I must admit the design is pretty nice), I will NOT contact them again ever, nor I recommend them to anyone, who doesn't want their money to vanish into thin air.
