Active Hemp Purchased one year ago Unauthorized charges without making a purchase after the trial is over Florida

I completed my trial purchase for the 5.00 which the product does not work in October 2018. I did not order any more nor did I authorize any more product of the 250 mg Active Hemp CBD oil.  I receive a notice in January 2019 the company had charged the 75.00 to my card and sent a new bottle of product to me which was damaged during the shipment.

If trying to return you cannot find a return address very easily nor a phone numnber. The directions when found will tell you to send them an email only  and return the product at your cost to them within thirty days and they will return the cost of the product but not the shipping or handling expenses which is ridiculous since it was a not authorized purchase to begin with.

Also the shipment comes from Florida but they want it shipped to Colorado.
