Advance PICC Specialists, Inc - SCAM - NO SERVICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT! SCAM, NO ETHICS, DECEIVING HELPLESS INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THEIR INDUSTRY, BAD NAME TO HEALTHCARE severn Maryland

DO NOT HIRE THIS HEALTH ASSISTANCE COMPANY... KEEP LOOKING! I am very upset with a company I put all my cards into. My intent was to find my mother a helpful bedside assistance. I have tried to be in contact with this company,  Advance PICC Specialists, Inc.

Their website seemed nice, so I was in contact. When I finally got a hold of a customer service rep, I assume. They were very uninformed about their industry. I requested specific details of how the procedures would work, if they would be on call, how long it takes them to arrive if I do need their help. It seemed that the lack of interest was very apparent, yet the intent on getting paid was very important to her.. 

Several occasions the woman requested we input me into their system and take credit card details to book in a consultation. I am overwhelmed by sadness and grief with the state of my mother, this company is heartless, inattentive, and lacks compassion within their own field. 

They not only lack the personable touch which is what you want when dealing with bed side assistance, but they are greedy and demand payment in order to even discuss details. 

I am disgusted. Enough to write my first review online about a company who lacks quality customer service, and the ability to return an email or phone call. 

I repeat! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Greatly disappointed with a fellow MD citizen...
