i ordered a motorcycle helmet from akuma helmets. when i ordered the helmet it turned out it was backordered, got a call from them and got notified it was backorderd so i waited for acouple of months and was told the shipment was stuck in custums. so i canceled my order, i have been really nice and been waiting for it for 2 months calling them acouple of times within the 2 months. each time was told that finance dept. will contact me or check my next statement. i check my bank online never got my money back and now it seems like the finance dept is at meetings all day and take lunch all day and don't come back or get in contact with me. i'm tired of talking to there customer service that can't help me with anything but tell me to check my statement and i will forward it to finance dept. and nothing happens or gets done.

This report is very interesting as Akuma assisted us in getting our daughter a helmet when she graduated from Navy bootcamp. They overnighted the helmet to us and even called to check if we had received it. Our daughter loves the helmet and we could not believe how helpful they were. We've told everyone about Akuma and what they did for us. 8 of my buds own Akuma helmets and not one of them has had a bad experience.

Interesting that you would place this on this site. What was the purpose? To try and hurt Akuma? Interesting indeed.
