Amerinet Financial Services Albert Simmons Promise Me $5,000 Personal Loan , Internet

I was told by Albert Simmons I was appoved by Amerinet Financial Services for a $5,000 personal loan.  I was told I had to pay for the insurance $745. I told I did not have that money. Then he told me I could pay $372.50  I told I would have the money on July 18. He waited.  He told me to get a Green Dot MoneyPak card I question if I would get the money because I saw about people scamming people using Green Dot cards.  But he promised.   I got no money.  It was my rent money.   I hope he rots in hell, and a lawyer can get my money back.
