FAILED AN INSPECTION already however, was passed without seeing the CONCEALED VIOLATIONS. LOCAL BUILDING INSPECTORS SUPPORTING MY ARGUMENT.

I cannot be contacted by phone, contacted at
e-mail or u.s. mail. That is not being difficult, that is a fact. They were advised from the VERY FIRST DAY.They are fast to take the money but, incapable to write a letter or e-mail...What about this "correspondence?", no reason why they can't contact me as requested.

They will not contact me in writing or e-mail as it appears to be too much effort but, can expend the effort to type here and surf the net and type their rebuttles...go figure!. How much effort does the consumer have to look forward to to having roof repairs done, fixed, or warranty work if it is too much of an effort to write a letter, respond to same, or surf the web?!

We at Andrews Roofing regret that Mr. Covino is not satisfied with his roof. However, the roof has passed the offical building inspection. We have attempted to repair the interior issues and are having difficulty due to Mr. Covinos request to contact him only via e-mail. When Mr. Covino provides us with a date we will send the repairmen back to complete the interior repairs.
