Angeleno Smile Dr Parsi DDS Bullied and conned me into procedures I didn't need Los Angeles CA

I went for the first time for a simple check-up. I was then shown a full-screeen photo of my smile, and asked "What's wrong with this picture?" I looked at my teeth, which are honestly decent, so I replied confused, "Uh, I mean they're not Hollywood teeth or anything, so I don't know"

She persisted. "What would you fix if you could?" and from there we steamlined into about 5k worth of procedures my current dentist told me I really didn't need. One of which was Invisalign, which she pushed this "great deal" they had going on. everything was very pushy, but I was so naive. 

I overheard her in the next room give the same spiel to another client: ("Look, I was a student once just like you, so let me help. You don't floss and you need x,y,z so Im going to get you a Care Credit Card to make payments instead of one sum. You'll be alright").

I started to feel uneasy. I told the dental assistant, "Wait, no I'm sorry I change my mind. I don't want to go through with the Invisalign." To which she replied, 

"What's wrong, did you take your meds today?" (She was referring to my anti-depressant which I had told them in the paperwork I was on).

At that point I felt disrespected and a little more aware of all these sales tactics. Anyways, fast forward to this crown they put in- (which I also most likely did not actually need...)

I was having pain in the tooth where they put my crown. I decided to check it out with a different doctor, Dr. Khou from ASK Dental. the crown BROKE. I HAD A BROKEN TOOTH IN MY MOUTH, and even worse- typically when a tooth is given a crown, it almost always gets a root canal. I did not get a root canal, so my live root was suffering underneath this fake, broken shell. 

I filed an insurance claim, upon instruction of Dr. Khou (he had several patients come to him FROM angeleno smile, all complaining about what they had suffered because of them).

Angeleno Smile was rude every time I had to contact them throughout the claim. They never bothered to contact me to apologize, or inform me if I get my co-payment refunded for the botched crown.
