Applebee's Neighborhood Grill Brianna the waitress, Manager Con waitress lies to rake in cash, manager doesn't do anything to fix problems Sacramento, California

       This is the first rip off report I ever wrote thinking I would never write one.  Today though, eating at Applebee's on Arden Way has changed my mind.  I ordered the two for twenty meal at Applebee's and the waitress serving us was named Brianna.  She seemed like a nice gal until she started saying she was able to replace orders that she couldn't replace due to the fact she didn't go over the options *which is an honest mistake if looked at optimistically* so my party let it slide.  After food was served and eaten, Brianna asked if we would like dessert.  In turn we asked if it was included with the meal.  She replied "yes, you get one desert".  When the bill comes it shows that we were charged about seven spankin bucks for the peace of crap desert.  We asked her why were we charged when she said that the two for twenty meal deal included one dessert and she completely denied that she said that it was included so we asked to speak to the manager.  The manager spoke poor english or maybe it was an act but said "she work here over fye year, she wouldn' say dat".  We asked for a discount or refund on the dessert for our troubles and he said "no you pay", which of course left us as customers disappointed with the overall service and poor food quality we received.  As for me and my party we will not be eating there anytime ever again and I warn others to pay close attention and clarify things with the waitresses before placing you order for they will try to rack up your bill without you knowing about it especially Brianna.  And to top it off if you get Brianna as a waitress she will lie and the manager will not do anything about the mistakes they make.  Oh yeah, the house sirloin *I think that is what it is called* on the two for twenty menu tastes like rubber even when ordered rare.  I highly suggest not eating here.
