My friend and I were given a free drink by a bartendar named Jason. He told us he had made the drink "extra crappy". We did not know what he meant by "extra crappy". The other bartendar, named John came over to us and said "he didn't have to do that". Again, we did not know what he meant by that. The next day we both became very ill. We were able to determine that the free drink contained either a laxative or stool softener. John not only knew, he did nothing to stop it. We informed the company and filed a complaint with Zurich, their insurance company. After 30 days of "investigating" we were contacted by the insurance company. Henry, our "agent" informed us the entire situation never happened. He even went so far as to tell me that verbatim conversations I had with the bartendars, never took place. Everyone involved is lying. I believe this assault was racially motivated. We dined. Paid for our meal. Paid for our drinks. Left a tip of over 15% and yet, as we were leaving, we were given a free drink that made us very sick. The main insult is, we were offered $300 to drop the matter. Which was declined.

Robert, she is posting this story all over the internet. This is the 4th website where I have read about it, though this is the first time she has played the race card.
I think she is looking for a big financial payout .

You said you both became "very ill" and were able to determine that you were given some laxitive or stool softner. So how were you able to determine this? As by itself they are not going to make you "ill", yea you are going to have to use the restroom but that is a long way from being "sick". Do you have some advanced scientific degree that allowed you to make that determination? Did you go to the ER/Doctor and they told you that the drink had this in it?
You say you believe this was because of race. So why bring out the race card? Your report gave no indication that they had a problem with you.
Now, as for the $300. That is most likely not an admission that they did anything wrong, but more of a "It is costing us more to deal with this than to just have you go away". But with this exactly what were your damages? Did you have medical expenses? Did you miss work? If $300 wasn't enough, exactly what are you looking for?
