This is an internet company that is claiming to sell virtual study materials for IT certification exams.  After purchasing my product, I tried to download and it was unavailable.  I emailed customer support, and recived a reply saying that this product was out of stock. I am not sure how a virtual download can be out of stock.  It was probably more like, they were forced to remove the product for copyright infringement or something to that effect. (my assumption)  Anyways after a few emails back and forth and promises to refund my money, I decided to file a claim with Pay Pal.  I was unable to get a refund through the claim that I filed because it was a virtual product.  Pay Pal was gracious enough to refund me half of my purchase.  So I am filing this to warn other buyers about this scam, and they are protected through Pay Pals policies on virtual products.  I have all email traffic between myself and a representative of the company.  Basically admitting that what I paid for was unavailable and that they were going to issue a refund.  If there is anything that can be done to put these scam artist out of business, that would make me very happy.  For me it is not about losing $30 anymore.
