This woman is running a puppy mill! I volunteer with animal rescue, and know what a puppy mill is! Here are the definations of a puppy mill:

There are many many more definations of a puppy mill. I think the above CLEARLy points out Brenda's operation. I would like to see the USDA "compliance" paper.

I will say, from a rescue standpoint, it is very very HARD to get a puppy mill shut down. She will "clean-up" her place for inspections, but have you ever driven by there?

the smell is horrific! Not only does she have lots and lots of dogs, but she has several neglected looking ponies!

Next time I am in the area, I am going to take photos of her place and post them! Then people who think they are getting a nice, "healthy" puppy will know the environment they come from. They are sheds that are falling apart! There are little holes cut out of the sides of the sheds for the dogs to get in an out of! She keeps 15-20 dogs in a shed together, in a box! In the dark! They are surrounded by their own feces! It is discusting! I know personally of 10 people who have been in and on her property that could testify this!

My girlfriend, and several of her relatives have purchased dachshunds and chihuahas from Brenda, and all of the dogs have come either sick, or have died a few days later.

Have you looked at her dogs? They look old and sick! Not to mention that most of them don't even look like standard chihuahuas?!She really should stop breeding. Thats all there is to it!
