Bolaiya Chengdu Shuangliu district , customs bolaiya bolaiya false advertisement incorrect item received after 3 weeks of placing order ChengDuShi Sichuan China

I placed an order with this company under the impression that they were currently offering a discounted for "Mothers Day" sale on swiss lace frontal wigs for the price of 19.99. They also advertised that we could receive express shipping on all order for just 10.00. I wrote to this company under the facebook post that they were displaying the wigs they had and specifically asked how long would it take to receive my order if I select express shipping they replied with "1 -2 business days we ship , no waiting". I also asked could we request for the wigs to customized and they replied with "yes just include in the special instructions before you place order and we will do it for you". I placed my order May 24, 2018 didnt; received until June14th , 2018. The wig I received was a long bob cut wig with synthetic hair and a hard plastic pitiful excuse for a closure.

The closure is so thick I won't be able to customize it at all it's very similar to a barbie dolls scalp where you see all the holes where the synthetic hair was placed, my point is the scalp is not realistic at all it was supposed to soft swiss material. The rest of the wig was not swiss lace material it was made out of black fish netting so like they advertised you can not part this wig in any direction. The hair is very shiny and thin but was supposed to be 100% density also the length should have been 18 inches straight hair. Instead it was about 14 inches and 10 inches in the back with a slight curl at the ends. I should have received a long mid back wig that could be customized and worn different ways but no this company did me the disservice of sending a long bob wig that didn't even have a decent closure. I have emailed this company about the incorrect item I received and the amount of time it took to get it, no reply of course.
