Bryant Roofing, Pedro Rodriquez, Breach of Contract not honoring warranty repair work, did not complete the roofing installation in accordance with industry standards. Laid the new TPO roofing membrane directly over an extissting gravel roof. Mr. Rodriquez does not return phone calls or respond to attorneys letters. Filling a law suit against Bryant Roofing Pedro Rodriquez. San Antonio Texas

Mr. Rodriquez is non responsive roofing contractor that fails to honor his warranty work and or install the roofing system in accordance with industry standard. He laid a TPO (a roofing rubber membrane) over an existing gravel roof, without first removeing the existing roof. The rock have puctured through the membrane causing interior water leaks and damage.
