I ordered and payed for a Custom Permanent Crown. After only 3 days it loosened and came off and I swallowed it. They then installed another crown. within a week it loosened and came off. They reinstalled it. After about 3 years of coming in every 3 months for a cleaning I began to have problems and pain with the tooth. the only thing they did was offer to sell me more proceedures, not fix anything. I transtered to another dental office. There I was advised that the crown they installed was a TEMPORARY and that it was deterioriting, and had been for some time. As a direct result I sustained a very severe cavity. The cavity became very infected and spread to my jaw bone. As a direct result of the severe infection I was forced to undergo a ROOT CANAL proceedure in an dffort to same the tooth. When I confronted the previous dentist, Dr. Nguyen, I got excuses and stalling. Finally after some time they offered to reimburse the money I paid for the original crown. They would not pay for the additional dental expenses I incurred or for any pain and suffering I experienced. This is wrong, unprofessonal, based on what I have discovered, Malpractice.

Prescribed a custom crown. After falling off twice the put on a "Temporary"' crown without advising me it was only temporary. After 3 years of visits every 3 months the temporary crown deteriorated so much that the tooth underneath rotted away. A new dentist had to perform a root canal and replace the temporary crown with a real custom permanent one at great discomfort and expense. The dental board would do nothing to help me and the original dentist has still done nothing to help me either. Be very weary!
